This policy explains what Forked LLC, doing business as Forked Kitchen ("Forked Kitchen," "we," "us"), collects through forkedkitchen.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Catering requests: your name, email, phone, company (optional), event date, headcount, location, and any notes you share.
- Sign-ups: the email address and/or mobile number you give us for specials and updates.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to measure our ads.
How we use it
- To reply to catering requests, prepare menus and quotes, and coordinate your event.
- To send specials and updates you signed up for, by email or text.
- To run and improve the website.
Text messages
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Mobile information is only shared with the service providers that deliver our messages. See the SMS terms for details.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to host the website, store data, and send email and text messages. They only use your information to provide those services to us. We use the Meta Pixel to see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site and to show our ads to people who have visited. It records pages viewed and actions like starting an order or sending a catering request, never your name, email, or phone number. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Orders placed on DoorDash or Uber Eats are covered by their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or email us, to stop emails.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing ChefDana@forkedkitchen.com or calling 954-254-9934.
Keeping it safe
Customer information is stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible. We keep it only as long as we need it to serve you.
